Our Sunday service starts promptly at 10:00 AM.
We begin with dynamic worship from our worship team. We sing most of the modern contemporary worship songs that focus our attention on God, usher in His presence and give each person a chance to encounter God
After our worship service we take time in our service to pray for our children before dismissing them to the nursery or Children’s Church. We highly value the next generation. We have nursery for ages 0-3 years old and Children’s Church for ages 4-11
After a short break to grab a coffee or drink and bagel or a snack, we settle in for the rest of our service. Before the sermon we begin the second half of our service praying for two things. Each week we pray for a loved one in our life who does not have a relationship with God. We call this our great commission prayer and each member of our church prays for a specific person who we would like to see experience the same thing we do by having a relationship with God.
We also pick a locally owned/operated business from the lockport area to pray for. One of our goals is to be a part of a network of people, churches and businesses in Lockport. So each week we pray for the business we are connecting with that week. We call this our business connect.
After our prayer time, we give the rest of our service to the preaching/teaching of the Word of God. Everything we teach about is from the Bible, and we believe that it is one hundred percent true. We believe that it still applies to every area of our life. Sermons are very practical and will challenge, inspire, encourage and give you life-long principles from the book that has been leading and guiding people for thousands of years
